If the product on the shelf is broken and destroyed, they need to remove it from the inventory, a fairly simple process. That will in turn allow the computer to auto order new ones. I came in looking for a chain link gate, which they had one of but it was badly bent. As a former management level employee with over a decade in the vest, I know the process though it could have had some changes with time.
